Delivery and Payment

Delivery to the Moscow region and other regions of Russia is carried out by CDEK. Orders are shipped the day after payment and typically take 3-4 days to arrive. Exact delivery times will be provided once the address is submitted. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link.

In Moscow, clothing delivery with fitting is free and can be scheduled for the same day if the order is placed by 5:00 PM; orders made after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Fur garments delivery with fitting in Moscow costs 5,000 RUB. You may select up to 5 models; if you purchase an item, the delivery cost will be deducted from the item's price. Delivery within Moscow is available on the same day if ordered by 5:00 PM and the next day if ordered after 5:00 PM.

Pickup from the showroom in Moscow is also available.
